The Pucic Palace Dubrovnik

Great hotel right in the center of town, with spacious and beautiful rooms. The staff was helpful, from the warm welcome upon arrival to their assistance when I fell ill. The restaurant had an amazing menu and the private guide they arranged for me was a fantastic bonus.

There were a few drawbacks. The room was a bit on the smaller side and felt a bit cramped, especially considering the high price tag.

The hotel is perfectly located in the center of the old town on a square, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, with luxurious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, offering help and answering questions. There is a fantastic restaurant that serves delicious food, and the breakfast is also great. Additionally, the hotel offers a welcoming touch, such as complimentary wine and tapas on special occasions.

The lift in the hotel broke, causing inconvenience for guests who had to walk up the stairs.

We had a wonderful stay at a beautiful hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were impressed by the lovely room and the great staff. The breakfast and dinner at the hotel were both delicious. The porter meeting us at the gate was a nice touch. Plus, we had a voucher to access the local beach. we highly recommend this hotel!

We had a fantastic Easter getaway! Loved the spacious room, especially the fabulous bathroom with a big bathtub and shower. The amenities provided were also a nice touch, with a lovely aroma. the hotel's central location was a key highlight. We were just steps away from the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the old town and its alleys.

There were a few disappointments. The breakfast could have been better, with more variety and a faster service.

You can enjoy a meal while overlooking the square, with views of the steps used in Game of Thrones' walk of shame. the rooftop terrace features a charming little chapel, creating a truly atmospheric dining experience.

The placement of the shower screen makes it difficult to comfortably access the bath.

This hotel boasts a fantastic location in the heart of the old town with easy access to all the sights and attractions. the luxurious amenities were truly impressive, particularly the private facilities and exclusive room advantages. We were treated to a wonderful restaurant experience with a delicious continental breakfast and in-room breakfast that exceeded our expectations.

The only minor issue we experienced was with service, which could have been more attentive at times. this was a small downside that did not detract from our overall experience.
